In relation to the affected web pages and services, users reported issues on platforms such as Llave CDMX, Government Secretariat, Local Attorney General's Office, Secretariat of Culture, Metro, and Metrobús. The Digital Agency for Public Innovation communicated on social networks that the technical team responded immediately to the disk failure to restore the affected services.
Local authorities did not disclose whether the interruption was due to a hack or was solely an internal failure. Some functionalities such as payment of fines, parking meters, and deposits were paralyzed during the incident, which was resolved to ensure the availability of the online services offered by the government of Mexico City.
